Job Description/Responsibilities

● Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js and PHP, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. ● Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. ● Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to store and retrieve application data efficiently. ● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices, including version control (Git). ● Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the backend infrastructure. ● Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth integration of backend services. ● Implement unit tests and integration tests for backend services to ensure the stability and quality of the codebase. ● Implement security best practices, such as data protection, input validation, and authentication/authorization mechanisms. ● Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the platform’s functionality and performance.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Minimum of 5+ years of backend development experience, primarily working with Node.js and PHP. ● Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. ● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus. ● Strong proficiency in Node.js and PHP development. ● Experience with database design, optimization, and management. ● Familiarity with modern development tools, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. ● Understanding of backend security principles, including encryption, token-based authentication, and data protection. ● Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest) and a commitment to testing and quality assurance. ● Ability to write efficient and reusable code.
