Job Description/Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and establish partnerships within the agricultural and agribusiness sectors. ● Partnership Development and Engagement: Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, and service providers. ● Cooperative Mobilization: Facilitate the onboarding and engagement of poultry cooperatives into the FarmClusters Model. ● Revenue and Market Access: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams, expand market access, and enhance brand visibility. ● Training and Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions to empower cooperatives on digital platform usage, market strategies, and the FarmClusters Model. ● Digital Engagement: Promote technology adoption among cooperatives, ensuring digital tools are effectively utilized to enhance productivity and market reach. ● Performance Reporting: Submit monthly reports detailing achievements and challenges, with quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or related fields. ● A master’s degree is an added advantage ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in agribusiness development, with a strong track record in business development. ● Proven experience in partnership development, cooperative engagement, and market access strategy.
