Job Description/Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting: ● Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). ● Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 2. Tax Compliance: ● Manage tax planning, reporting, and compliance. ● Ensure timely submission of tax returns. 3. Regulatory Audits: ● Coordinate internal and external audits. ● Address audit findings and implement corrective actions. 4. Budgeting and Forecasting: ● Develop and manage annual budgets. ● Conduct financial analysis and forecasting. 5. Compliance: ● Monitor regulatory changes and updates. ● Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 6. Risk Management: ● Identify and mitigate financial risks. ● Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Job Requirements

● First-Class degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a top university. ● At least 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance roles. ● Chartered Accountant. ● Experience in financial services or investment industry preferred. ● Strong knowledge of IFRS. ● Financial analysis and risk management. ● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage). ● Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. ● High integrity. ● Proactive problem solver.
