Job Description/Responsibilities

- Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. - Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert leads to customers. - Optimizing landing pages and user funnels. - Developing and overseeing the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on up-selling products to partner’s customers, reducing churn and increasing CLV. - Developing a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams. - Creating brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with existing audiences - Staying on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features) - Leveraging analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance/optimize the company’s marketing efforts - Ensuring the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously optimized to provide a great user experience - Compiling performance reports to brief executive leadership on growth marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or growth role. - Strong growth track record with samples and results of past campaigns. - Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Engage, Sprout (or other social media management systems).
