Job Description/Responsibilities
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. ● Collaborate with senior leadership to support the company’s mission, values, and culture. ● Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. ● Implement a robust onboarding process and career development programs. ● Manage succession planning and leadership development initiatives. ● Design and oversee the performance evaluation system. ● Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and implementing engagement initiatives. ● Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and conflict resolution. ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance industry regulations, and company policies. ● Oversee HR-related legal matters, including employee contracts, workplace safety, and labor disputes. ● Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. ● Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. ● Manage HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making. ● Create and manage learning and development programs to build employee capabilities. ● Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. ● Lead HR-driven change initiatives to support organizational growth and restructuring. ● Guide employees and leaders through change processes while minimizing.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). ● Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD). ● Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. ● Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. ● Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best HR practices. ● Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. ● Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
