Job Description/Responsibilities
- Provide legal support by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with corporate and non-profit regulations. - Assist in managing ongoing projects within the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely completion. - Support non-profit initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects to further the organisation social impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new policies and strategies. - Manage and track project progress using tools such as Asana or Trello. - Prepare and present reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for executive reviews.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (or working towards a degree) in Law, Social Sciences, or a related field. - Demonstrated interest in non-profit work or social impact initiatives. - Prior internship or volunteer experience in non-profits or social impact initiatives is a plus. - Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Passion for community development and making a difference. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). - Familiarity with non-profit governance and policies. - Basic knowledge of corporate and non-profit law.
