Job Description/Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Develop innovative business development strategies to win tenders and secure partnerships with public sector organizations, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. 2. Solution Provision: Provide creative solutions to complex business problems, thinking outside the box to drive business growth. 3. Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies. 4. Tender Management: Manage the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to tender invitations. 5. Partnership Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector organizations, financial institutions, and other relevant partners. 6. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on public sector business development opportunities, competitors, and market trends. 7. Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. - Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., ACII, FCII) or business management (e.g., MBA, PGDM) are desirable. - At least 8 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on public sector business development. - Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop innovative business development strategies. - Proven track record of thinking outside the box and providing creative solutions to complex business problems. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. - Strong understanding of the public sector business development landscape, including key stakeholders, trends, and challenges.
