Job Description/Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily salon operations, ensuring seamless client experiences. 2. Manage client relationships, handling feedback, and resolving concerns. 3. Lead and motivate a large team (min. 10 staff) of stylists, therapists, and support staff. 4. Monitor and control salon inventory, supplies, and equipment. 5. Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and grow the business. 6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. 7. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop staff skills. 8. Manage salon schedules, appointments, and staffing. 9. Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism. 10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Director/Owner.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salon Manager. 2. Hands-on experience in hair care services (cutting, coloring, styling). 3. Proven track record of managing a large team (min. 10 staff). 4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent client relationship management and conflict resolution skills. 6. Good command of the English language (verbal and written). 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Strong organizational and time management skills. 9. Results-driven and proactive approach. 10. Positive attitude, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
